[Notepad-plus-plus] Convert Case To

hi,
Currently Notepad++ has only 2 options for "Convert Case To" feature,
1) UPPER CASE and
2) lower case.

can third option be included in this, "Title Case", i mean first letter of
each word in CAPS.
